Anagrama mantiene suspensión indefinida del libro sobre Bretón

Anagrama Publishing House has stated this Wednesday that it «maintains the indefinite suspension of distribution» of the book ‘El odio’ by Luisgé Martín, which includes the confessions of José Bretón regarding the murder of his two children, Ruth and José, which occurred in 2011.

This statement comes after the decision of the fourth section of the Barcelona Court of Appeals, which confirmed the dismissal of the precautionary measure requested by the Prosecutor’s Office to stop the publication of a book about José Bretón, who was sentenced to 40 years in prison for killing his two children in a case of vicarious violence.

The publishing house recalled that it voluntarily decided to suspend the distribution of the book ‘El odio’ on March 21 following the announcement of a request for precautionary measures from the Prosecutor’s Office, which requested the suspension.
