BME Scaleup has welcomed Better Consultants today. The traditional Toque de Campana held at the Barcelona Stock Exchange was led by Ricard Flores, the company’s president, accompanied by Álvaro Castro, BME’s primary markets director, and Eduardo Ansaldo, president of the Barcelona Stock Exchange.
The company, the third to debut this year in BME’s growth markets, used a reference price of 4 euros per share, resulting in a total company valuation of 8.17 million euros.
«The arrival of a new company to the capital markets is always good news, as it provides more options for investors and allows companies to finance their growth and explore new horizons. We wish Better Consultants the best of luck in their new journey as a listed company. With their addition, there are now four companies that have joined BME’s growth markets, with five companies having made their stock market debuts in Spain this year,» explains Juan Flames, CEO of BME.
The company, with GVC Gaesco Valores as the Registered Advisor and Agent Entity, and Cuatrecasas Gonçalves Pereira as the legal advisor in the incorporation process and legal due diligence, has started trading under the code «SCBTT».

BME’s growth markets (BME Growth and BME Scaleup) are aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises. In 2024, these markets welcomed 23 new companies and currently have over 150 companies admitted for trading. BME Growth enables small-cap companies from all sectors, with a significant presence of technology companies, to finance their growth with recurrent access to capital increases and a broad base of national and international investors. On the other hand, BME Scaleup is especially geared towards scaleups, but also open to other types of companies such as SMEs, SOCIMIs, or family businesses. This market caters to the needs of these companies by easing incorporation requirements while providing necessary transparency to investors. The advantages of accessing capital markets for small and medium-sized enterprises include funding, reputation, visibility, impetus to inorganic growth, and increased ease in attracting and retaining talent.
With these growth markets, BME completes its service offering. BME provides a market for every type of company from initial approaches to capital markets with the Pre-Market Environment to large companies traded on the stock exchange.
