La Comisión Nacional de los Mercados y la Competencia (CNMC) acaba de publicar en CNMCData las estadísticas de telecomunicaciones correspondientes a enero de 2025.
Telefonía móvil
El número de líneas móviles en España alcanzó los 61,4 millones, con un crecimiento interanual del 3,2 %. Movistar, MASORANGE y Vodafone concentraron el 87,2 % del total.

Las líneas M2M (comunicaciones máquina a máquina) aumentaron un 18,4 % con respecto al año anterior, hasta los 13,7 millones.
Más de medio millón de números móviles cambiaron de operador (505.368, +0,7 % interanual). Movistar y DIGI sumaron líneas, mientras que Vodafone, MASORANGE y el conjunto de los OMV perdieron líneas.

En total se registraron 54,15 millones de líneas voz con banda ancha móvil (+3,7 % interanual). Movistar, MASORANGE y Vodafone concentraron el 86,1 % del total.
Banda ancha fija
En el mes de enero el parque de banda ancha fija sumó 65.950 nuevas líneas hasta los 18,55 millones y una proporción de 37,8 líneas por cada 100 habitantes frente a las 36,8 de hace un año.
Las líneas de fibra óptica (FTTH) crecieron en 85.947, hasta los 16,6 millones, el 89,3 % del total. Las tecnologías DSL y HFC siguieron en retroceso, con caídas de 4.356 y 14.108 líneas, respectivamente.

Telefonía fija
Las líneas fijas crecieron en 20.441 hasta los 17,71 millones.
La portabilidad fija cayó un 14 % interanual, con 98.667 números portados.
Servicios mayoristas
El mes de diciembre finalizó con 2.827.936 de NEBA local. The NEBA indirect access lines recorded 1.14 million; almost all of them were fiber (99.9%).
