In terms of civil liability, the prosecution is requesting that the accused compensate the girl with 6,000 euros for the emotional damages caused.
On the other hand, the private prosecution is seeking harsher penalties, requesting 15 years of imprisonment, 16 years of separation and communication ban with the young girl, and 10 years of supervised release.
