Indra has announced this Friday the closure of its share buyback program once the maximum number of shares set has been reached.
Specifically, as reported this Friday to the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), Indra has reached, with the purchases of this last week, a total of 235,000 shares, corresponding to 0.13% of its share capital.
The program’s validity date could be extended until March 17. The objective is to fulfill the obligations of delivering shares to its directors and employees derived from the current compensation system.
